Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was very good just a couple of minutes walk to Bourbon Street. Our bedroom was towards the rear and so there was no street noises of any kind.
This hotel was listed as 4 star on Booking.com with no free cancellation. Then after I booked it Booking.com sent email saying it was only 3 star. Bedroom was very compact with only one bedside stand and light. I had to squeeze a chair on the other side of the bed on which to place water and personal items. Breakfast and parking were not included in the price and there was no swimming pool. All three of which were included in our traveling companions hotel only a five minute walk from Bourbon Street.

The location is fabulous. Bar Vin next door provides a small intimate place to have a drink. 21 st Amendment around the corner has a great small bar with great music.
Nothing.

Location and character of the place.
The reception lady was unpleasant, not amicable.
