Great location one block from Bourbon St but quiet. The suite was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our stay.
Only drawback was the stairs to access the upper floors which were challenging with luggage.

Location is outstanding and the apartment was spacious and well provisioned. The air conditioning worked really well so we were extremely comfortable
Not having a lift for the apartment upstairs and the balcony lighting staying on 24/7. Made it hard to sleep - just a minor inconvenience as we really had a wonderful stay.

The staff failed to send door codes even after messaging them multiple times on the day of arrival. phone was not answered when I called. only because Mark was present at his front desk he saw us knocking on the door, opened the door and connected to the property management to get our room passcode. That made us feel bad and frustrated. Not a good hospitality practice.
Beware that property charges $100 if the name of the guest is changed after booking was completed. In our case, property couldn't charge my credit card and they cancelled the entire booking for my second room leaving my friends homeless 2 days prior to arrival. As the result, they had to book another hotel for much higher prize. Money for the cancelled reservation were not refunded (over $900).
