We were upgraded to a two-room suite with a water view, and the room was very spacious. Reception desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, including a complimentary flute of sparkling wine at check in.
I chose this hotel specifically for the pool and pool bar, but the pool bar wasn't open the day we were using the pool due to "weather," even though the weather was completely clear that day. The pool area was also EXTREMELY noisy with all the construction going on around the hotel. The photos of the pool and bar on the website are misleading. Also, the coffee supplies in the room were very disappointing.

Perfect location. for financial district station, beautiful views,
Lobby not providing enough goods would like to see gallon water and other potential necessities when traveling

Location is great. Hotel is very clean. Front desk staff very courteous.
Wish we had more access to better restaurants

The property was very nice. Conveniently located to shops that were in walking distance. The public train station was right across the street.
The air conditioning unit in the apartment was very loud at night. I asked the front desk if they ever had that complaint, she said no. I can guarantee people have complained about the noise. It was very hard to sleep. Adding 18% gratuity to room service is understandable but in the restaurant, thatâs terrible.
