Very clean, great location and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. My early arrival was accommodated, which I truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and staff at restaurant were very attentive to our needs.
Can’t think of anything.

Very Good location
I needed to take 2 lifts to get in/out of my room.
A bit overpriced.

Location was perfect, hotel was pleasent enough, staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and early check in was accomadated very smoothy.
Whilst the hotel is nice and there is nothing negative i can say, i wouldnt say it should be in the "Luxury collection" tier. There was nothing about it that screamed Luxury. But that said still an extremely good trip and happy with services recieved.
