We liked the location, i.e., St. Pete Beach. We don't do the beach any more, but the view is wonderful. Jimmy B's is the best bar on the beach! And one of the reasons we chose this location. We had asked for a first floor room, which the resort had informed us we needed a "disabled" room. We asked for a first floor, as we have done in the past several years, mainly because we have issues walking up/down the steps. Anyhow, we were assigned a "disabled" room which was on the first floor and had a walk-in shower (which was huge), but left little to no room for a table and chairs in the room. So, in order to watch TV, you had to sit on the bed.
The outside area was so-so. Adirondack chairs are not great for people in their 70's.

I loved that it’s on the beach and near things I enjoy.
I had zero idea that the courtyard was still being cleaned up from the hurricane. It would have been nice to know.
