We loved the Beach, pool, the places we visited like the bistro, coffee shop, & taco restaurant.everything there was perfect! Even the rooms were decently comfortable enough for us to enjoy and have a great night!
Honestly i can’t find one thing wrong there. Feels as if everything was very good at services. The beaches and other places were absolutely perfect!

The location was great. Right on the beach.
The room and facilities are dated and in need of repairs and or updating. The faucet for the bathroom shower doesn't quite work as intended. Had to.play with it a few minutes each time to get the right temperature. The bathroom floor was very cold for some odd reason. I saw a few tiny roaches around the room. The balcony was very small and dirty with dried bird droppings. If it was fresh/wet I could understand. The fact it was dried meant no one cared to clean it up to get the room ready for occupancy. For almost $3000 for three nights(family of six in a two bedroom villa) ha! "Villa" is an overstatement. this is an outrageously overpriced resort. And its not even all inclusive. I've stayed at all inclusive resorts abroad for less or about the same, including airfare. It has potential but in serious need of new and revamped management, facilities and more competitive and reasonable pricing. I would not stay here again, if there status quo remains the same.
