Great experience

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the staff provided clear and helpful information throughout my stay.

Never Again!

They booked my reservation online and I paid for the room and the information said they would accept a deposit if you didn't have a credit card. Then when I got to the location they denied my reservation because I didn't have a credit card. Even though I could pay for the deposit. So I will never book them again.

The girl at front desk was rude and not helpful at all.

Location was good, hotel was quiet at night. Staff was friendly.

Didn’t take breakfast. I appreciated that the bedding didn’t have a fragrance smell nor did the towels have a bleach smell.

Bathroom was dirty. Pee spots in front of the toilet (picture shown to staff at checkout) overall bathroom needed proper cleaning. I got charged the full amount even though I had mentioned that the facility is in need of proper cleaning.

It was a basic hotel but was very clean and efficient.

It wasn't in a great location and the hotel was in a strip mall.

6 / 10Average·Jul 2024

The complementary breakfast was good. The rooms were decent. It is what it is for what you pay. It’s not fancy by any means but it’s clean and does the trick.

That the other people staying there do comply to common decency like letting their children scream their heads off running around the hallways and others smoking pot in their room. May need to step up the monitoring a little bit.
