Positives:The host: A very friendly and understanding gentleman, the host seemed available practically all day every day. I really appreciated that, as any potential issue could be resolved easily and quickly. Plus, he's a very kind and polite person, so communication with him is always positive.The location: The condo is a very short driving distance from most of the places you'll want to go in Winnipeg: the forks, the exchange district, the St. Boniface neighborhood, little Italy and Osbourne St. If you into the night life, the walking distance to some very nice restaurants, pubs, and a notable live music venue will appeal.Potential things to be aware of:(Relative) Comfort: the place is pretty comfortable, with the bed in the master bedroom being especially so. Because this is a modern style condo in a high rise, you do have all that comes with that: minor noises from pipes in the building, concrete floors, etc. If you're a sound sleeper and/or a young person, this won't be an issue for you at all. If you're older or want more coziness, you might miss things like softer floors and the quiet that comes from a solo house on a side street (River St. is pretty busy during the day, but it does quiet down a lot starting around 10 PM or so).Parking: a place to park in the garage is great, but the slots are fairly narrow. I drive an SUV and things were a bit tight; I would have parked my old Nissan Versa there without any problems.Thanks for letting me stay with you :)

The property was just as described. Very well equiped kitchen. The location is excellent in Osborne village....walking distance to many restaurants. Our host was outstanding in his communications...reaching out to us even before we checked in. Will definately stay again.

Perfect! Our stay at this property was literally perfect! Everything was as expected and the support and friendliness of our host was beyond expected. Additionally the view from the most comfortable sofa thru the floor to ceiling windows into the canopy of the tree gave everything an extra zen-like feel. Sadly, I don’t currently have any immediate plans to return to Winnipeg - do you have more properties in other locations? I’d gladly stay with you again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to Osborne Street with grocery/liquor/pharmacy stores along with a few nice places to eat. The people that live in the building are so nice. It’s very quiet and has a beautiful large window in the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and perfect size. Would stay here again.
