location to the beach, shops and resturants. Checkin was simple and quick and room was as indicated in photos. Overall great choice for pacific beach area.
AC was extremly noisey and furniture in room could use some maintence. Parking lot is tight and when full extremly hard to get in and out of spaces.

The closeness to the beach.
No room service or water available like every other place in town has.

(+) Location was amazing. Couple minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants on Mission Blvd and Pacific Beach
(+) Staff was pleasant during check in and out and they were able to accommodate my request to be on the ground level
(+) The room was clean and included a small kitchenette with a mini fridge
(+) Parking- I was able to park literally a couple steps from my room door and it made such a difference, especially traveling solo with a dog.
(+) Pool looked clean and was lively
(+) Pet friendly
(-) Probably the value. For the weekday (Thursday) night I went, it was around $220 for the night. I could justify this with it's prime location, but still a bit much for a weekday night (understandable if it were a Friday/Saturday night).

Location
The room was a good size but the space could have been utilized better. Example: huge shower but nowhere to put toiletries or hang towels (one rack).
