The location was good
My stay at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills was disappointing. While the location was convenient, the hotel itself is seriously outdated and does not match the pictures advertised online. The rooms look old and poorly maintained, and the televisions are extremely outdated. The elevators are concerning because they feel and sound like they could stop working at any moment. Additionally, the internet connection is unreliable and does not properly support gaming consoles.
For the price this hotel charges, guests should expect modern rooms, reliable amenities, and a much better overall experience. This property is in serious need of renovations and upgrades. Unfortunately, the actual accommodations did not live up to the expectations set by the advertised photos or the Hilton name.

The check in process was wonderful!! I can not remember the young man's name but he was very welcoming, kind, and understanding! That made the whole process great!! The room was great, especially for handicap!! Very roomy.. Cleaning staff I ran into by mistake a women and a man.. Very friendly !! Hotel was very clean and welcoming!!
The construction was a lot to deal with at night.. But overall it was still a great stay!!!
