Convenient and comfortable. You can’t ask for anything more. Breakfast was yummy too. Especially the donuts. It also had valet parking which we had to pay for but it was so convenient.
We loved the property. So nothing to complain about.

Trina at the front desk was friendly but professional and told about perks if I signed up for the Hyatt program. Loved the rooms, breakfast included and the location.
As Raleigh NC is a recycling town, they should have a small recycling bin in the room. I’ve been in higher end hotels that have that.

Very clean and welcoming. Room wasn’t exceptionally clean and nice.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

The location is very good. It’s a good breakfast.
The pool no longer belongs to the hotel apparently and we weren’t allowed to use it. Which was the whole point of booking this hotel. The room wasn’t well set up and the door to the bed room could be blocked by the TV console which is unsafe. Cold air discharge hits you in the head as you are in bed.
