Hotel was close to tons of stores and restaurants
Pool was clean and warm
Food tasted great with lots of options
Mattress and blankets were warm and cozy
We love that the staff went out of their way to sign as card and leave a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding!
Room was clean
Parking is minimal as large vehicles with trailers are also parking over night. While we were never without a spot there is not a ton of options

Staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. and during breakfast.
Getting into the hotel off the street was a bit of a challenge. We arrived at night and we missed the turn off of the street and had to go back on the 401 to get back to where we needed to be. A lighted sign by the turn-in would be helpful.

I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus the staff was very accommodating. The first day we were late for breakfast as I thought I heard till 11 but was only till 10. We arrived at 10 past 10 and they told us to go ahead as they hadn't started the clean up yet....this to me was amazing
our mattress was kind of sunk in the middle....go to sleep on the edge and end up in the middle throughout the night
