Clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Easy access to where we needed to go, yet tucked off the main road so it was nice and quiet. A quick trip so we didn't use the pool or gym areas, but they looked nice.
Breakfast had a good assortment. e.g.: eggs with sides, self-made waffles, cereals, fruit, etc. However, I always prefer scrambled eggs vs. ready-made omelets with American cheese, so that was not a favorite for either of us.

Customer service was excellent. We were able to store our luggage way early in the morning so that we could enjoy our tours prior to check out. Everything was more than satisfactory.

Breakfast was great (best part of stay for sure)
Room was shabby, dated, dark. No drawers only worn out shelves with surface taken up by tv and hotel informaiton. Not even cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth. Not enough towels. Everything that could be done cheaply was. None of the regular niceties. Charging outlet was broken/too loose and didn't charge overnight. Seemed to be milking it for every penny of profit and spending nothing to make the rooms nice. Wouldn't stay again.
