Clean, quiet, safe, free parking. Very friendly staff
The mattress was way too firm. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete all night. It needs memory foam or something. I also thought they had free breakfast. Breakfast was just ok. Not a huge selection and they charge $15. Other Hiltons i have stayed in have an amazing breakfast buffet that is free. San Jose is the best

Close to where I wanted to be. Friendly staff. Liked the daily text messages asking how was my stay going.
Two queen sized bed in the room. One bed was quite lumpy. The jacuzzi/hot tub was roped off and empty. I was looking forward to using it after my half marathon.

Clean and a good assortment of snacks in lobby
The room was cold and the heating/ cooling was hard to regulate. In room coffees were not refreshed.
