Continental breakfast and the ease of getting to the cruise port

I liked the location and shuttle service.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The housekeeping staff could not speak English.
The room carpet was dirty and needs to be cleaned.
The shower floor was slippery and needs a mat to ensure no one slips and falls and damages themselves.
Air refresheners need to be placed in the room to ensure a clean welcoming scent is received when entering the room.
Breakfast was basic and no fruit was served for the 4 days/3 nights I stayed.

The bed was comfortable for one night only.
The room smelled of humidity. The breakfast options were very limited and the breakfast area was overcrowded.
