Not a bad place at all, decent price , fairly clean. Quiet for the most part, good location.
Does need some handyman work that's for sure. Needs better access to the lobby from the rear parking lot. It would be nice if they had coffee in the lobby.

There was no breakfast available at the time of my stay it was under maintenance
The parking availability was not the best

Quite and near to the many facilities and markets. Staff people are good.
Because I came for a work, there is no cleaning available inside the suite. A lot of mud was on ground even there is no broom available to help myself to clean the area. I have to move the dry mud every day to walk to washroom area.

I liked the price in comparison to other hotels, just the 200 dollar hold takes a while too come off
