Ease of Access. Location. Quiet Area. Easy Check In and Check Out Experience. Housekeeping came during the day while I was out to prep/clean as needed.
The Heat/AC Unit by the Window was kind of Annoying. I set it to 18 only and it felt like it was constantly activating every ~5-10 Minutes, LOUD. Set it to 17 and no change, had to turn it off on the first night. Seemed to be better on the 2nd night but it still activated every ~20 minutes, seems excessive and inefficient.
