We liked the comfortable bed and the big clean room.
The breakfast was just okay. In the bedroom, we can hear what is going on in the hallway.

I requested a high floor and got a large room on the top 9th floor- the elevators were quick with no waiting. Front desk staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was great quality with breads, muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee/tea. It was well presented and attended to. It is a good downtown location.
The room had very large windows with darkening curtains. I would have liked a sheer privacy curtain as well to let in light but not be visible to the building across the street.
