The space was really clean and nice. It was pretty easy to find the location and get into the building and the room. I interacted with one of the staff members and she was very friendly and helped me with the luggage elevator. Great food options on the street and very central to everything.
Not the properties fault, but the area was a little rough. I would not recommend checking in super late at night, especially if you are alone. But the area was also really close to everything I needed so it was good for me. Just stay be aware of your surroundings! Also the stairs here were my worst enemy by the end of the trip so if you have mobility issues try to request a room on the lowest floor.

Spacious apartment with nice, modern furnishings. Location in China town is close to Old-Montreal.
My apartment windows were facing a street that was rather noisy at night.

Very spacious and clean. Beds was very comfortable. There is a bus stop in front and it takes you to most major areas with bars on rue St. Laurent all the way up to little italy, jean talon market, mile end, plateau. And the bus for the airport is also 1 minute away. Downtown is quite near. You have multiple chinese and virtnamese restaurants within 1 min walk. Old town and downtown are both 5 min away.
You can see some junkies nearby but didn't feel unsafe.
