The location was fabulous. It was right in the middle of the downtown area of Victoria and easy to get to everything I wanted to explore on my first trip.

The room was fine, great location,reasonably priced.
No choice of pillows. My wife has a neck injury and it requires a good pillow.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and bedding.
I was very disappointed to learn there was no fitness room on-site, despite the Booking.com amenities citing fitness as an amenity. Instead I had to pay $15 for a gym 6 min away.
Building is quite old, so room is dated.
