Location was perfect for what we needed, our destination was in walking distance.
Softer pillows.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and the location is central with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Easy walk to the Inner Harbour
Location in terms of the unhoused. However it is what you would expect in a large city center.

Location was great proximity to major attractions .
The lightning in the suite could be better though .
My kids looked forward to a swimming pool but they were dissapointed as there was none.

The beds were comfortable
The hotel is becoming who rundown. We didn’t feel safe in the area because of all the homeless people around.
