Excellent location, especially if travelling by train. Very nice staff, at hand to quickly deal with issues.
Very overpriced.

Staff helped bring my luggage up and down the stairs to my room. Room was very large, clean and quite enough for a light sleeper to enjoy. Easy walking distance to train station. It was nice to have a variety of coffee selections in the room. The little restaurant that was attached to the hotel opened early and offered delicious unusual breakfasts.

Location was walkable to all areas Old Quebec City. Many inclines along the way but manageable.
A/C and heat was not working. Room did get a bit stuffy without moving air.
