Loved the room. Very clean!
Restaurant service was slow.

The Hangar 18 staff were fantastic!
Bath could be cleaner. I found a hair in the shower that wasn’t ours.
Kids were very noisy in the M Club. We didn’t realize they were allowed.

I really would have liked the Wi-Fi charges to have been clearly explained. Wi-Fi is almost everywhere complementary, so there was an expectation that it would be also at Marriott, expecially since the high-speed internet also cost more which makes it seem that the regular was free.
I think most customers dislike hidden and/or surprise fees which really ruins an otherwise great experience.
