Location - right in Time Square
Nothing

Overlooked Times Square with a view of the actual ball drop on New Year’s Eve.
Nothing to dislike except our shower door would not stay closed, but all we had to do was casually mention it to a staff person, and when we returned from our day about town, it had been repaired!

Great location and beautiful rooms. Very comfortable. Great security.
It is very expensive but it is a great location so they can command that I guess.

It was in a convenient position
The staff were rude and not all that helpful! Be prepared to do everything yourself! Not all staff were this way and they would apologise for the others rudeness!
