Location is perfect, rooms are modern and stylish with lovely amenities (love the black-out remote blinds), chic bars/lounge and rooftop with excellent food and love the coffee shop downstairs.
The carpets had a couple of stains

Location is excellent. Close to subway. Walking distance to a number of sights.
Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. The city was turning the water off to the property and we were informed of it only shortly before. Communication was very poor.
Room cleanliness was average. It wasn’t serviced one day, and we struggled to get fresh towels.
