The host is very very nice, clean bedroom is very comfy, with a king bed. Accessible to everything and safe. Parking is free.

The property was clean and near Clifton Hill
The toilet stuck at first. The water didn’t flush properly. There is a portable air-conditioning in the room. The television is too low as it sits on a dresser. There is a small table and two chairs that seem mismatched.

I liked the location of the motel and the free parking and pool! That pool was pristine, although no guests seemed to be using it, the owner was out there daily cleaning it and making sure it was ready for guests. I liked that it allowed pets and that it felt SAFE! I liked that you could see the fireworks right from the balcony.
I don't like how the motel had no ice machine. I think having an ice machine could have added an extra level of comfort. I also think some snacks would be nice. I didn't really like the price BUT for Niagara Falls, I suppose it was decent.
