Location
The mattresses were very hard, and there’s only one elevator. The breakfast is SUPER busy. The building is old. The AC is very old and loud. But we stayed only one night, and it was fine.

Excellent location, clean linens, towels, and bathroom, and friendly, helpful staff.
To our surprise, there was no wardrobe in the entryway, no safe for documents and valuables, and no mini-fridge. If you are staying for a few days and have a change of clothes, there is nowhere to hang them up; the room lacks a single clothes hanger. If you use the iron to smooth out clothes that were packed in a suitcase, the lack of hangers means you have to put the clothes on immediately to prevent them from wrinkling again. The pool water was quite cool, and the pool walls were dirty, having not been cleaned in a long time. The selection offered for the included breakfast was very limited and not conducive to a healthy diet. The entire range consisted of waffles, cereal, donuts, coffee, tea, and yogurt. For my family, only the yogurt, coffee, and tea were acceptable options, so we ended up going hungry. Plain drinking water, chips, and crackers were available for an extra charge.

Bit too chaotic at the continental breakfast when hotel is fully booked.
