the location was not really central to ithaca, but if dont mind driving to go to dinner (there's not much around the hotel, it is not in the touristy part of town) or taking an uber, it's ok. the facility was clean but dated. We knew ahead of time, so no surprises there. a good value. staff was friendly and helpful. the neighborhood, while isolated, was and felt safe. beds were comfortable, room was clean, area quiet and not noisy at all.
the place could use a little renovating ...

We are repeat guests. We stayed in a remodeled room. Very nice. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Free parking. Just across the street from stores and close to restaurants. I heard that they allow pets now. Call to check before you book, however.
They forgot the little details, such as bathroom tissue, conditioner. They don't seem to allow late checkouts anymore. They don't provide breakfast anymore. Don't count on daily housekeeping unless you ask for it.

The staff are friendly and the location is pretty good - walkable from downtown and there is a grocery store across the street.
The room was difficult to cool down, which made it difficult to sleep.

"I stayed for 5 days and I enjoyed my stay, the room is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable, the TV and the internet worked, as did the mini fridge, coffee maker in the room, the break..."
