Meadow Court Inn

Check in was very good. The gal at the front desk very friendly. On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use the app and present boarding passes like that. I said I was with my elderly father and we would prefer for paper copies. She said well I would have to email it to …. She rattles off an email address. I said I wasn’t sure how to do that and I asked her couldn’t she just go to the website for me with my confirmation # and without even looking at me anymore said no I would have to email it or she could not. I said fine and walked out! I had to drive to the public library, pay to park in parking ramp, go in and then pay to print them at their computers as a guest ,since I was not local. I have never stayed anywhere that I was unable to do it myself or ask for front desk assistance. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her but yet gladly printed 50plus pages for the gentleman there in front of me.

The hotel was in an ideal location. It was clean and well maintained.

Not updated at all, but clean and excellent staff. We'd stay there again.

Great staff, great location for Cornell visits!
