Liked the location.
There was a leak in the bathroom that my elderly parents were in. Water on the floor as my 87 year old father walked into it. He could have injured himself if he slipped in it. He did have wet socks. They came and put a temporary fix on it but failed to give them another room or give a discount for that night.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Lobby and interior spaces were welcoming and attractive. Room was well laid out and comfortable, and the bathroom was very good - excellent shower and clean, quiet facilities.
Front desk staff were frequently occupied with their cell phones. Paid parking was challenging due to daytime workers in the area occupying most spaces, and the EV charging facilities were all out of service. There was a bag of garbage left at the elevator for the three days I was there. The security lock for the room was broken. The room decor was tired and in need of refreshing. Room looks out on government offices above and below, and people in those offices can clearly see into hotel rooms unless the curtains are drawn. Construction below my room starts each morning at 07:00, and the sound of vehicle reversing signals is loud in the room.

Needs a lot of upkeep. Just too worn down. Needs a lot of TLC.
If they don't upkeep what we can see can you imagine what it's like, where we can't see.
Blanket was one of the roughest textures I've ever used for a blanket.
Anyways I guess you get what you paid for.
