Everything was good.

Location was fantastic. We did not use pool/gym. Restaurant was closed as hotel was under renovation, although they had room service available. Breakfast was buffet only and was ok. Had trouble getting there because we were told it was on the 29th floor, only you can’t take the elevator to the 29th floor. Found another couple trying to get there as well. After climbing stairs from 26 to discover locked doors on 27/28/29 we went to the main lobby where we were told that you have to take the elevator to the 28th floor and then take a different set of stairs up. Would have been helpful to give that info on check-in.
The room was nice and large but a bit weird with lots of empty space and then a tiny bathroom. No full length mirrors anywhere. I did mention this to staff who told me that it had been an oversight but that they were on their way.
