Clean and well maintained
Ants appeared in the suite the third day. With no broom provided in the kitchenette it's impossible to keep all crumbs in check. If there is an ant problem, perhaps daily housekeeping should not be optional. We were too busy during our stay to call the desk to request cleaning (and we didn't know there was an ant problem...)

Room: Fine.
Breakfast: Very poor.
Bed: Uncomfortable.
Huge noise from a group of youngsters from a basketball team. Staff should have been aware of the potential and intervened to preempt. They didn't until we were disturbed and notified staff.
Breakfast (extra charge incurred for breakfast) and poor guest management (noisy group).
Breakfast staff were very very nice though. We didn't ask for the names but they should be rewarded.
