Everything. The reception staff are the best. Special shout out to Ed, Yassine & Lewis.
I don’t think I didn’t like it but if they can take the damage deposit upon payment as opposed to upfront cause not everyone has a credit card.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in before check-in time.
Cleaning staff tried to enter the room 15 minutes before check out time. I was getting dressed and didn't have pants on! I had to put the cross bolt lock on because even after I shouted that I would be out at 11AM ( checkout), she still tried entering my room! Maybe she didnt understand English but the loud growl and bark of my dog as she pushed on the door a third time (even with the cross lock on) sent her away. Other than that, the rest of the staff and the hotel itself was excellent.
