For being so close to the airport, it was super quiet. It was also walkable to several malls and good coffee/breakfast options. Staff was wonderful and room comfortable. Kids liked the pool and hot tub as well.
The stay, parking, and food were expensive. There was also no snack/drink vending machines or areas with snacks or the little things travelers may have forgotten. Food, including breakfast, is sit-down in the restaurant, which adds to the cost.

Very nice stay at this Westin; staff were very friendly and our room was available a little earlier than expected. Parking was convenient. Location was great as we were attending the Richmond Night Market just a couple blocks away.
