Location really good, nearby Cora's, which offers a 15% discount to people staying at this hotel. Beds really comfy, room temperature is good. TVs have youtube! Guests respected the quiet time. There's a vending machine with drinks and snacks by the ice machine on the 1st floor.
No AC which was fine for fall weather, but would have sucked for summer. Door to the room had gaps all around, I could hear out into the hallway very clearly, and light came through. Had to unplug the alarm clock because it was making a constant low hum/buzz.

The location was good.
I was surprised and didn’t like the fact that there was no central air conditioning

What breakfast?
Staff friendliness.
Clean
Not being above swimming pool and to the side of the automatic parking gate, very noisy.
There were no leaflets about food or restaurants in the room.
