Great location in the city. Easy to walk to shopping, BC Place, and restaurants.
Bathroom is too small. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable. These need to be upgraded/replaced.

The location and staff were amazing
The room was old and tired. The carpet was worn and lumpy. It was also very noisy from rooms next door and events outside on the street
