The room, view, bathroom, level of cleanliness were all excellent. The location was brilliant for doing all the harbour activities.
The are a lot of additional mandatory tax charges which add 20% on top of the room rate

Location and staff were great,
Our room was not cleaned properly. When we checked in, there were wrappers in the shower, and it didn't look well cleaned.
The next morning, we found used Q-tips in the drawer and a used face mask behind the bed when we were doing our last look on checkout. For a hotel of this calibre, we would expect minimal cleaning standards.
We went straight out to a concert, so didn't see some of these things until the next day, and it was too late for a room change.
