Amazing service, clean and nice room, had a very comfortable stay. Reception girl was kind, room was extremely clean. Had 3 types of towel per person + towel on the floor. A lot of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Comfortable shower head in a bathroom. Soft and clean bed. Clean bed sheets. No noises around. I was extremely excited to stay there. They also have the shuttle to airport, which I guess free.

Great location, housekeepers are nice
1. We booked the shuttle to airport at 2:50pm and the note they gave to me shows 2:50pm. But the staff wrote as 3:50pm. As a result, We had to rush in the airport. The shuttle was really hot, with no AC, driver drove quit aggressively on the road making us feel not safe.
2. We bought a bottle of orange juice at the front desk, employee charged us 5cad+tax and the label showed 4cad. After I asked the employee, she tried to argue with me but later returned the difference.
