Wonderful. Appreciated the fact that they could accommodate us wanting to stay on a lower floor (we got 2nd floor which was great), nice shuttle bus drivers, friendly staff, comfy beds. All great!

Amazing breakfast and the breakfast staff was amazing! Very lovely and accommodating.
Beds were nice and rooms were spacious.
Very welcoming to see your name on the tv and the shuttle drive was very quick. The driver was also very nice and friendly.
The check in time was atrocious and even for late times it shouldn’t have a line up like it did. 6 people took about 30 min to check in and at some point it was only one staff member there.
When I finally got to check in the staff member said it wasn’t paid and charged me the full price again. Then noticed that it was paid. I’ve got the refund the next day but it definitely could have been better organized. The staff member also didn’t provide me with the breakfast pass which I had to retrieve in the next morning. All in all the check in was unorganized and took to long. Had better experiences with the same brand in previous years.

My room had a connecting room and the people staying inside where very loud. They kept me up until 5am with their music playing and loud conversation. The beds were comfortable
