This modern yet beachy two bedroom, two bathroom house is perfect for families or friends. Located in a great area of Marathon, this home has everything you would want for a great stay!

It features a modern interior with "like" new kitchen appliances, a large, comfortable living space with excellent water views.
The Primary bedroom has a quality King size bed and just outside the door is a modern bathroom.
The guest bedroom has bunk beds with the lower bed opening up to a queen size bed and a twin size bed above.
The Primary bedroom has a quality King size bed with a private, modern bathroom.
The guest bedroom has bunk beds with the lower bed opening up to a queen size bed and a twin size bed above.
For the kids and adults, this bedroom has an arcade-style video machine with many classic arcade games. All for free.
Sliding glass doors in the living room lead out to a Screened-in Porch with cushioned chairs and a coffee table overlooking the canal.
Outside of the main door there is a large deck area with a high-end Weber gas grill(propane provided by us).
On the ground level, there is an enclosed storage space with beach chairs, a few bikes and kayaks for you to enjoy. The backyard has a patio/deck with lounge chairs.
Next to this is a newer, 50 foot dock with a boat lift on the left side and standard dock space on the right. It also has a fish table and ladder.
Plenty of parking in front of the house for at least 3 vehicles and 1 or 2 trailers
Nearby, is popular Sombrero Beach with shaded palm trees, volleyball court, a kids playground, picnic tables and much more. It is a 2 minute car ride, 6 minutes by bike and a 19 minute walk.
