Everything you need for a Keys Stay. Access to beach for swimming, fishing, snorkeling-all on site just steps from front door. Includes Bikes, kayaks, grill, firepit, and out door shower at NO extra cost. Located close to everything. Grocery stores, gas stations, souvenir shops, bait and tackle shops, lot of eateries/bars. Stumbled across this place and have not stayed anywhere else since.
Staff who checked us in was a bit uninformed. Played the "I'm new" card. But did not reach out to anyone else when she couldn't answer questions/concerns. Only way to get over the "I'm New" stage is to ask for help.

Great location, with added praise for the upcoming pool installation and unique houseboat accomodations . Update listings to highlight houseboats in advance and accurately reflect nighttime conditions and amenities.
The grounds were far too dark at night, with broken tree lights needing repair.The oceanfront sitting area is too small and needs expansion.

Loved the location. House Boat 5 was perfect for relaxing and looking out at the open water.

Clean. Convenient location.
I originally booked a 2 bedroom bungalow cabin. There is no hotel office and keys are made available at check in via a mail box. Upon our arrival we seen that we were assigned a houseboat. If we had known in advance we would have made alternate reservation. Climbing on and iff a houseboat was not expected. In addition the bathroom on a boat was less than ideal. While the stay was fine this time , they should let you know the boat was a possibility at booking. Reading reviews shows that this has happened plenty of times before.
