The spacious Vacation Apartment 1 in the historic main building above Café Cup accommodates 1–4 people and features two bedrooms with a total of three beds, as well as a cozy living room with a double sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living/dining area with exposed half-timbering, a shower/toilet, free Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens and towels, a crib, and an in-house washer and dryer ensure the highest level of comfort. The apartment is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed in our property on Friedrichstraße for a fee.Additional fees: Parking: €15 per day
