This modern rooftop studio offers a bright and spacious living environment in a central location. Two bedrooms with a total of two single beds and one large double bed can accommodate up to four people. A kitchen, a large bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area with additional sleeping accommodations provide the perfect setting for a comfortable stay. The spacious rooftop terrace invites you to relax high above the city’s rooftops.
On-site fees: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM with in-person key pickup. For later arrivals, keys will be handed over contactlessly. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed in our property on Friedrichstraße for a fee.Additional fees: Parking: €15 per day
