About 1,100 sq. ft., furnished as a real home rather than a bare-bones rental. Modern art and original Colorado and Western photography give it warmth and personality, and updated bathrooms and flooring keep it fresh.
BEDROOMS
- Primary bedroom: queen bed, large walk-in closet, desk
- Second bedroom: full bed, walk-in closet, desk, TV
- Living room: full-size sleeper sofa for a visiting collaborator or friend
KITCHEN
Set up for someone who actually likes to cook: cookware, matching dishes, glassware and utensils, plus an Instant Pot, air fryer, microwave, blender, stand mixer, pizza oven, French press, spices and pantry basics.
LIVING & WORKING
- Large TV with streaming apps and a sectional sofa
- Two desks, so two people can work from home at once
- High-speed internet and all utilities included
