About this house rental
Spacious 5BR/4BA home just minutes from CU Boulder and downtown, ideal for extended families, groups, and extended-stay professionals.
Available for Sundance Film Festival 2027 (Jan 21–31), book a 30-night stay and use the extra days before and after for prep or wrap. Start and end dates are flexible to fit your trip. Well suited for production teams, press, and visiting industry professionals, as well as festival attendees who want a real house rather than a hotel room.

Our lovely bi-level home has been thoughtfully maintained and updated, and we'll appreciate you treating this as if it's yours. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the upper level, the master suite is its own sanctuary, with a king bed, a vaulted ceiling, a private bathroom with a large walk-in 2-head shower, a walk-in closet, and a private porch. Alongside the master suite, there's a small office.
On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 twins and the other with a full. Across the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo.
The kitchen is spacious and modern, which opens up to the living room, dining room, and a large walk-out deck. The deck has a patio table and a grill, perfect for dining and lounging throughout Colorado's four distinct seasons. A staircase from the deck leads to the backyard.
On the lower level are two bedrooms. One with a king and the other with a queen. The two rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is a cozy family room, with a TV, books, and games. There's a sliding door leading to the backyard. Attached to the family room is the 4th bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located on the lower level, equipped with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use it!
The house has central A/C along with 2 separate heating/cooling units, located at the master bedroom and the family room.
Everything you need is just a few minutes away by car. Five minutes to the 29th St Mall, shopping centers, restaurants, the skate park, and CU campus/Folsom Field. Eight minutes to downtown. A few minutes' walk will get you to parks, playgrounds, and biking/walking paths along the creeks of Boulder. Our location is ideal for enjoying all Boulder has to offer.

This is a such a beautiful home! It was perfect for me and my family and friends. It is spacious and in a great location. Easy to bike to anywhere in town. The host was very responsive. We hope to stay again for our next visit to Boulder.

Just as listed. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Walkable into town. Kitchen is stocked and plenty of seating in common area. Big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Would recommend!

A group of 6 of us attended parents weekend at CU Boulder. This house is huge and very comfortable. The kitchen is easy to use and has everything we needed for our large dinner preparation. The neighborhood is quite and gorgeous and close to beautiful walking trails. We were 4 minutes from my daughter's dorm room and within a 10 minute drive of Pearl street downtown. We would love to stay here again.

The location and property were fantastic and check in was easy. The host had unrealistic expectations about the number of vehicles present and trash that would be accumulated with a large group staying in the home, especially for one that is advertised as being able to host 12 people.
