LOCATION
This spacious 130 m² cottage is located in Les Farges, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, on an estate of only three cottages. It offers an unobstructed view of nature and the surrounding woods, in a setting of absolute tranquility. Montignac-Lascaux, the Vézère valley and its prehistoric sites are just a few minutes away by car.
A generous space for 6 people
Bathed in light, the cottage offers plenty of space, including an upstairs mezzanine with sofa and reading area, ideal for seclusion with a book. Fully air-conditioned, it is perfectly suited to families and groups of friends, and is rated 5 stars in furnished tourist accommodation.
THE ACCOMMODATION
On the first floor, you will find a large warm living room with fireplace, for winter evenings, and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.
On the sleeping side, the cottage has a bedroom on the first floor with a 180 x 200 bed, and two bedrooms upstairs whose modular beds in 2 x 90 x 200 can be joined together on request. The mezzanine with sofa and reading corner completes the set.
Three modern bathrooms with shower are at your disposal, one of which is on the first floor, as well as separate toilets on each level. Bed linen and towels are provided.
EXTERIOR AND EQUIPMENT OF THE ESTATE
You benefit from a private terrace of 40 m² with table, lounge area, deckchairs and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the calm and the view of the surrounding woods.
The estate also offers a salt pool and a whirlpool, shared between the three cottages. Eight electric bikes are available for rent directly on the estate, so you can explore the Vézère valley without a car.

The Lascaux caves, La Roque Saint-Christophe, the hanging gardens of Marqueyssac and the villages of the Vézère valley are just a few minutes away. The region can be explored on foot, by bike or by canoe on the Vézère.
