Maison Brantôme is a charming cottage of 100 m², officially classified as a 5-star furnished tourist accommodation. Bright, spacious and furnished with quality materials, this house has retained its magnificent exposed wooden framework, which gives it a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The accommodation

The large living room offers plenty of space to meet up with family or friends. It includes a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed. The kitchen, also very spacious, is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and kettle.

The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms.

On the first floor is a suite accessible by a single function. It has a king-size bed of 180 x 200 and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and sink. A separate toilet is located right next to it, on the same level.PGJyPg
Upstairs, the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 x 200. On request, they can be joined together and prepared into a large double bed of 180 x 200. The bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet.

Air conditioning, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. A baby cot or a foldable cot for children can also be installed on request.

Maison Brantôme benefits from a large private and intimate terrace, equipped with a dining table, garden furniture and a barbecue. It is the ideal place to have a quiet breakfast, share an outdoor meal or enjoy the long summer evenings.

The swimming pool and relaxation areas

The estate has a salt water pool, which is gentler on the skin and eyes than a chlorine pool. It is surrounded by twelve separate deckchairs, so that everyone can sit quietly in the sun or shade.

A dedicated lounge area allows you to have an aperitif at the end of the day, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

You will also find a whirlpool bath to relax after a day of sightseeing, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off when you get out of the pool.

Swimming pool, whirlpool, deckchairs and lounge area are shared between the three cottages of the estate.

The estate has only three cottages and thus offers a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the salt pool and hot tub, shared between the three accommodations.

A shared laundry, with washing machine and dryer, is available free of charge at all times.

Eight electric bikes are also available for rent directly on the estate. They allow you to discover the Vézère valley and the surrounding area at your own pace, without having to take the car.

An ideal location in the Dordogne

Maison Brantôme is located in Les Farges, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to Montignac-Lascaux, the Vézère valley and several of the most beautiful villages in the Dordogne.PGJyPg
The Lascaux caves, La Roque Saint-Christophe, the gardens of Marqueyssac and many villages, markets and prehistoric sites are within easy reach. The region is also suitable for walks, hikes, bike rides and canoeing on the Vézère.

Maison Brantôme is particularly suitable for families, couples of friends and travellers looking for space, comfort, calm and authenticity in a natural environment.

Practical information

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It is possible to smoke outside, on the terrace and in the designated areas, using the ashtrays provided.
