About this house rental
A sunny garden villa in Costa da Caparica: walk to the beach through the green park, or hop on a bike. A family van and electric bikes are included with your stay. Villa Sofie is one of the two villas at Haven Village, our small family retreat. It is a whole single-storey villa with its own private garden and its own gate.
YOUR FAMILY VAN
The family van is part of the house: a 7 or 8-seater that waits for you at the villa and is yours for the whole stay, included in the price. You drive it yourself, and everyone travels together: the beaches, Lisbon, Sintra and Arrábida are all an easy trip. All we need before you arrive is the driver's documents, because driving it requires comprehensive insurance and a refundable security deposit.
TWO ELECTRIC BIKES
Two electric bikes for adults are included, with child seats and a trailer, only you can take the kids to the beach in 3 minutes.
SLEEPING
- Double room: one double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a door that opens onto the garden.
- Twin room: two single beds, or joined as one large bed, with an en-suite bathroom.
- Living room: a bunk bed for two and a sofa bed for two more guests.
Six guests sleep in comfort, and the sofa bed makes room for eight.
LIVING
A bright open living room with sliding doors to the garden, a dining table for eight and a Smart TV with Netflix and cable. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso and kettle. Air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer.
THE GARDEN
The garden is the second living room: a dining table under the parasol, outdoor sofas, a garden swing, a charcoal barbecue and a hot outdoor shower. A tall evergreen hedge keeps it private.
FOR LITTLE ONES
A cot, a high chair and beach toys are available on request.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Villa Sofie is one of two independent villas at Haven Village, each with its own fenced garden. The driveway between them is shared access.
- One private parking space inside the grounds, where your family van waits for you. Free street parking is also available.
- Self check-in from 15:00 with a keypad lock. Check-out by 11:00.
- The villa is on one floor, in a quiet residential street. There is one step between the rooms and the garden.
- Pets are welcome on request, for a fee of 60 € per stay.
- Lisbon is 15 minutes by car.

Villa Maja, our second and larger villa, stands on the same grounds. Message us and we will check both for your dates.
