About this house rental
This homey & comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex in Key Colony Beach is set on a wide, deep-water canal with 37 feet of dock space.
Cabana Club is included! It is a private pool & beach club with a extra large temperature controlled pool, hot tub and sandy ocean-front beach. Lounge chairs are provided free of charge and the pool area has tables and chairs. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
Enjoy a serene setting in a fenced-in backyard complete with a Tiki Hut, seating and a table.
Inside, there are 2 large sliding glass doors with great views of the water, comfortable sofas, a dining table with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen!
There is air conditioning throughout the home and you control the temperature.
The primary bedroom has a quality, King size mattress and a private bathroom with a step-in shower(no tub). For clothing, there is a dresser with a mirror and a TV.
The guest bedroom has a Queen size and Full size bed, with a bathroom just outside the door. There is a dresser for storage, a closet and TV.
Outside, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the Tiki Hut. It is complete with a dining table, 4 chairs plus 2 lounge chairs in the backyard. We also provide a gas BBQ grill with propane.
At the dock is a fish table, water hose and electric. There is a bait freezer in the carport area too!
In front, there is plenty of parking for 3 vehicles plus 1 trailer(limit is 1) and in the carport is a small storage room for you and a 2nd room with a washer and dryer.
Nearby is a great place to see the sunset, called Sunset Park. It is a beautiful, ocean-front park with a pier for fishing and a small non-swimming beach.Also in walking distance are 3 restaurants, a par-3 golf course, pickle ball and tennis court + bocce and basketball.
