The Home
Experience comfort and privacy in this thoughtfully laid-out 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (sleeps up to 5).
Split Floor Plan: Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house for maximum privacy. Master Suite: Features a comfortable King-size bed.
Guest Room: Equipped with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare the day’s fresh catch. Outdoor Living: A screened porch houses the washer/dryer, leading out to your private oasis.
Tropical Backyard & Amenities
Private Pool: Relax in the water! (Optional chiller/heater available).
Island Vibes: Enjoy the outdoor bar, grill, and authentic Tiki huts—the perfect spot for evening cocktails.

Rental Details & Policies
Occupancy: Maximum of 5 guests (Strictly enforced per city 200 sq. ft. ordinance).
Stay Requirement: 7-night minimum with Saturday-to-Saturday check-in (4 PM) and check-out (10 AM).
Pet Policy: One small, non-shedding dog allowed ($200 pet fee). No cats.
Exclusions: Cabana Club access is not included. This is a strictly non-smoking home.
Rates & Fees
-Cleaning Fee: $200
-Pool Heat/Chill: $165 per week (Advanced notice required).
-Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30). Full refunds are only issued in the event of a mandatory evacuation.

My favorite house in the Keys! We visit the Keys every year and have rented multiple houses. This was, by far, my favorite rental. Perfect size for my family, ac was amazing, and the layout worked well for us. The pool area was perfect! We were able to enjoy the outdoors everyday without having to hide inside from the afternoon heat. The temperature of the pool never got too warm and the chemicals did not bleach our swimsuits. I am keeping this address in my favorites and we will definitely be back!

Our 2 week stay at this unit was the best we have had in our 12 years visiting KCB. The owners were easy to communicaye with and quick to respond to any messages or needs. The pool was the main attraction and well used on those hot July afternoons.. Thanks for sharing it with us and hope to be back next year..

This home was excellent, clean, listing was accurate, communication with host was great. This was our first trip to Marathon and being able to book our stay with Pattie at this house made it our family Best vacation ever. Boat Dock was perfect for our 20’ center console boat. If you want a tropical Oasis with a clean breathtaking back yard, this is the one. We will be booking this house again. Five stars isn’t enough for this house.
